Tables & Condiments: Vietnam

During a recent trip to Vietnam, I traveled to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hoi An. At every establishment I ate at, I noticed the variety of condiments offered at the dining table. This photo series highlights the fresh and colorful array of garnishes available for diners to use to personalize their dishes along with common, ubiquitous table settings like chopsticks and metal spoons.
